Travel goals that inspire more adventure in your life.
You've arrived before we've officially launched!
We're actively building out the site, which will serve as the home for people with quests. In addition to an extensive directory of quests you can adopt, we'll offer relevant resources and tips for each of them, along with ways to connect with your fellow questers.
Launching in February 2022
What is Questing?
Questing is working towards a travel goal of visiting a particular set of places, usually one that involves “visiting all the ________________.” That blank line can be just about anything—whether that’s going to all the National Parks, or the MLB ballparks, or getting to 100 Countries, or even just grabbing a pint at every craft brewery in your city. Or something else entirely. It’s all up to you and what you want to experience a bit more of. Quests are a great way to inspire more travel and adventure in your life. They’re great for inspiring you to venture to places you wouldn’t have otherwise experienced, and they help structure and focus your trip planning, too.
If you're new to the idea of quests, read our Guide to Questing which lays out how to get started and important tips to get the most out of your quest.
If you’re looking for a quest to adopt and pursue, we have more than a thousand you can choose from, plus a detailed guide on how to build your own.
If you want to connect with other questers, this is the place. We'll show you how to connect with others who are working on the same quest.
If you're interested in the mobile app we're building, you can learn more and sign up as an early beta tester.

Why you should #GoQuesting
- Experience countless new places
- Visit places you otherwise wouldn't see
- Adds structure and focus to your travel
- Gives you a sense of accomplishment
I got to see some interesting parts of California. I’ve lived here my whole life, and think I know the state well. But I saw some parts I’d never seen—and would have never seen without having taken on the quest.
I hadn’t really been many places, so I wanted to see more of Texas and kind of see what Texas had to offer. And I figured going to state parks would really kind of encourage adventure and make me appreciate the state more than I do.
