This quest involves visiting each of the 62 counties in the state of New York. This is one of the best quests to see each corner of the state.

What Qualifies (?)
Simply entering the county counts as visiting it, except for flying over in an aircraft.
Some questers choose to add an additional rule of doing something in particular in each county for a visit to count, but this is entirely optional.
